Vacation Notice: I will be away from July 18 - August 4, 2026, and unavailable for appointments during this time. My regular schedule will resume on August 5, 2026. Thank you for your understanding.
Welcome — you’re in the right place
I offer a person-centered, genuine, and direct approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds. I support youth, adults, and couples as they navigate experiences related to trauma, grief and loss, relationships, and major life stressors. Many of the people I work with are processing experiences of violence, harm, addiction, and difficult or unsafe relational dynamics. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to move toward meaningful change in a way that feels grounded and manageable for you. I hold a Master of Social Work with a Clinical Specialization and am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). You’re welcome to book an appointment or a free initial consultation to see if this feels like the right fit for you. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ LGBTQ+ affirming

My background includes wide-ranging work within the community/system for the last 15 years in numerous capacities ranging from victim advocate to a member of the Domestic Abuse High Risk Team.
I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, sexual violence, sex work, addictions, and domestic violence. After an extensive career within the community and advocating for diverse populations, I have shifted focus to private practice to work deeper along with individuals seeking assistance and guidance through life’s inevitable challenges. Each journey is unique and worthy. My wide-ranging background allows me to understand the lived realities many individuals have faced, and to draw upon a broad spectrum of experience when assisting individuals through a range of challenges.
Methods I practice from include trauma-informed, narrative therapy, cognitive-based therapy, EMDR, anti-oppressive practice, feminist and attachment theory. Through a combination of these methods, I seek to guide individuals and couples through their experiences and build their personal skillsets to identify and address difficulties.
I have always had a passion for community, social action, and advocacy. Building an in depth understanding of challenges faced by a range of vulnerable populations, allows me to bring a broad world-view to the lens of individual challenges and a varied scope of approaches to each particular situation.
